Objective and Purpose
The Association shall be non-profit, non sectarian, non-partisan. It will devote itself to promote the well being
of residents within its boundaries in the area of health, education, recreation, housing,zoning, public services, transportation,
revitalization, safety, culture, taxation and in these purpose co-operate with such other similar organizations as may further
those objectives and purpose.
